The City of Baton Rouge and HNTB would like to invite you to attend the Monte Sano Bayou/Devil's Swamp public meeting to discuss the Stormwater Master Plan (SMP). The SMP uses data collected from across the parish to develop computer-based models to help identify flood hazards and aid in the development of flood risk mitigation projects that will address stormwater and drainage challenges.
